Searching in Zip-files

Postby fjunk » Wed Sep 15, 2004 11:55 am

Hi,

I hve just installed Karawin in order to see if it suits me. One of the advantages is that it can read zip-files. All my karaoke-files are zipped together ie. mp3+cdg.

I have a lot of zip-files and I tried to seach for a specific song, but could not find it. I then tried to enter the information in the id-tag and then tried to search again, but no luck.

Have I done anything wrong or is it Karawin that can not seach the id-tags if they are zipped?

Thank you in advance

Hi JP,

I tried your hint, but it only worked on the files in the current directory.
I have organized all my zip-files in many different folders and I would like to have the possibility to search all the folders for a specific song, Is there an options that searches all folders instead og the current folder?

Thanks in advance

Yes,

A little toggle button with Hint "include sub directory" left to the 2 mini jukebox buttons.
